Feet for 302s and rubber base for AE40

For those of us who need them, here are the feet for the 302s:

Also need the base rubber for an AE 40.  I've heard rumors that someone might sell new replacements but haven't been able to find them, if they exist.

Ask Dennis Markham, I believe he knows who makes the replacements.

Yep, It's Gary Goff.  AE rubber foot gasket for AE 40.  About $11 delivered.  And Old Phone Works has them for about $20..  Not sure if they are the same manufacture.
