Soft white 554 for sale on Craigslist

I found this soft plastic white 554 on Craigslist, and I thought I would share it to those of you who are still looking for one. Since I already have one in great condition, I'm going to pass on this. It's a hundred bucks, including the original box, although I have no idea if the seller is willing to ship or not.

How do you know this is soft plastic?  The cord restraint looks post-1965.

The fat switchhook pretty much says it all to me. Also, the restraint looks like one of the longer ones, but it looks much more like the stubbier one if you look closely.
