I doubt that Jim Engle (payphoneinstaller) would sell a copy of the actual program, but in the past he allowed collectors access it to program their Protel payphones at no cost, though perhaps now a small fee may be charged to recoup his expenses.

That seems to be about as rare to find in the wild as the real Millennium Manager that ran on HP tandems.  Ive been digging through a bunch of old ftp archives maybe ill get lucky.
