Here's some before and after pic's of my improved discolored 2554 Turquoise Wall Phone using the above from Sally Beauty Supply for $1.34!   I applied with a toothbrush and baked it outside in the Michigan sun four hours!  I'm very pleased.  The cord and handset were in good color and did not need the treatment!

That really came out well.  Most of the times that I have bleached phones with colors other than white or ivory, the result is uneven color with swirls and blotches of discoloration remaining.

Hi Larry - yeah that was a concern I had - whether it's the 20 volume as opposed to the 40 volume I don't know.  I did do one light application - let it set two hours and checked it - I still had a couple areas of discoloration - so reapplied a little more - I stuck the toothbrush into the bottom tapped off the excess and swirled the remaining......

I'm really please.  I have a beige $3 Habitat ReStore one for my next "subject"
