Happy Easter to all the Forum!

I hope that everybody has a peaceful, relaxing day, filled with Family, Joy, and the like.

I've got an 11 lb. ham smoking in hickory and apple wood out front, (might toss in a little mesquite, here in a bit), phones disassembled inside (to keep me from messing with the smoker prematurely ;), and Family on the way, so it had ought to be a good one here. :D

Best regards! ;D

I hope everyone is having a good Easter weekend. Everyone must have been overcome with Rest, Relaxation and Turkey last year as I notice there were no 2015 posts here.

This one hasn't had a new post in two years, so I thought I'd revive it and wish everyone a Happy Easter.  For the history fans among us, this day is also the anniversary of the invasion of Okinawa.  Even more significant, that event occurred 73 years ago-- on Easter Sunday, 1945!  So, while we think of the deeper meaning of this day, let's also remember our sailors, marines and soldiers who took part in what would be the last major battle of WW 2, and the bloodiest of the Pacific campaign.
