This transmitter arrived on a Northern Electric 20B. Can anyone help identify it? WE mouthpiece doesn't fit (too small for opening).

I'm not absolutely certain, but I think it's a Stromberg-Carlson 7-L.  I just had a look at the transmitter on my SC stick yesterday.

SC with an adapter ring to make it larger

I noticed the ring because it moves a little when handling the transmitter. Now I need to scare up an SC mouthpiece. I think they are 1 inch coarse.

Thanks, guys!

Or you could get a Northern nickel transmitter face plate.  They are also unmarked.  I might have one.  If I find it I will let you know.

That would be great! I'm flush with transmitters but they are all WE. Condition of the nickel is unimportant as the whole phone will need fresh nickel. Pic attached. Could strip paint from a painted brass one if necessary. Pic attached.

Thanks!
