I can ONLY direct these to a SIP URI meaning you need a fixed IP address or hostname. DDNS hostname is fine too or any service accesible via sipbroker.com. 

If you have asterisk on a home internet connection and the IP address changes you can get free DDNS from DuckDNS.org.

Another easy way is to get a free account at Callcentric and I can send the calls there too.
