I bought this transmitter/cup/perch assembly on eBay for the Western Electric transmitter, a nice nickel plated early no model number type.

The cup is clearly marked Kellogg, but the perch is definitely not WE and not Kellogg (as far as I can tell) - anyone recognize it?

It looks like it belongs together??? not sure bout the bolt...
Does the transmitter work?

THose "Western Electric Company" transmitters are found on late-1890s-1900 candlesticks and wall phones. I would not expect to find it with a Kellogg cup.

Found it - perch & cup are from an apparently rare Vought-Berger candlestick manufactured by Kellogg, so they do belong together.

Now all I need to do is find the rest of it. ::)
