The winner of Auction Contest #290 is WEBellSystemChristian who with the 2nd entry into the contest offered the winning guess of $78.50 which gave him his 12th auction contest win. It may not seem like much money but that extra $0.50 won the contest ourright. Had it not been added tot he $78, we would have had a tie, something that rarely happens.
