I was the "winning" bidder on that sign. I did not bid that crazy amount. I did notice that the bidder behind me also shows a crazy bid amount. Strange. I sent a message to the seller requesting he send me a cancel transaction request.

Any success?  My EZsniper bid got kicked back for being too low.  Now I know why!

Yes, I requested and the seller sent a cancel transaction request which I agreed to. Hopefully he'll relist it. But who knows, maybe he sent a second chance offer to the next bidder who accepted it. Nice sign not usually seen. Also the PUBLIC TELEPHONE lettering is a different style also not usually seen.

Tom....I am curious to know what you bid on it and how the "Crazy Bid" happened?  Both you and the second bidder bid at the exact same time. Did you enter the wrong amount? I wonder how this could happen?...thanks,....Doug

It's possible I hit an extra key but did the 2nd bidder also? I was bidding a few bucks over $200.

QuoteI was bidding a few bucks over $200.

If it comes back up for sale I will adjust my EZsniper accordingly ;)

Maybe what I said was a decoy?
