Hey Larry....sorry to see you received a beater. I am always skeptical when a seller uses a high flash and only has two pictures when 12 are available. Shipping should have been $10.70 plus insurance for priority mail. If you got to Paypal, they will have you return the phone and receive a full refund, including the initial shipping, not the return shipping. I would ask for the $20, only if you can salvage some parts. Do not threaten negative feedback as eBay will come after you. How fair is that? Let the seller know in no uncertain terms that it was no described fairly. ...good luck....Doug

That sounds like the original price and half of the shipping?  I think that's fair since he could have reported the damage and other issue and you wouldn't have spent anything.

I asked the seller yesterday for a $17 refund, and he just gave me the $17 with an apology that he did not know about the missing parts.  The phone therefore cost me $5.89.  Maybe it is worth that.  I tried using a T1 transmitter and U3 receiver in the handset, but they did not quite fit (they were loose and rattled around and the T1 did not make good contact), and the volume from the U3 was a bit low.

Hi Larry,

I can see if I can find receiver and transmitter elements that fit.
