Starlite telephone ( GTE-AE )

Hello to all . I know you know this model (it's all in the title, and the photo is from the web, but it's the same model as mine). I would like to know the procedure (how to adjust the governor) Yes it is an Automatic Electric, Brand new for me which is used to more standard models. I would be grateful if you could tell me how to adjust it. Thank you very much .
