I have something similar too. Seldom use it on antique telephones much, though. Too crude, except for opening them up.

You can buy those in various states of cost here, from the cheap "Rolson" branded ones to high-end precision made one that last a heck of a lot longer than the cheap ones, I used to have a Rolson one, fell apart after a year of light use... :-\

That said I don't really like them myself, it's basically just a swiss army knife with some uncomfortable to use pliers, handy as an emergency tool though, just not for everyday use... :D
