Bell Canada enameled employee badge

I, found this at the village wide Annual Merrickville Ontario yard sale this weekend, also a NE desk set with 1965 date on it.

Enameled pics 'made in England", "J.R.Gaunt Montreal" is what is written on the back.
Sorry that the front pic isn't as sharp as it could be.
The badge is approx. 1-5/8 inches high by 1-5/16 inches wide.
