Unknown Wood Case Model help

Ive been searching the web for similar Phones, but haven't been able to find any like it.  I was wondering if someone could help ID the case model and the type of wood.
This phone has an Art Deco feel with the cut outs, radiator grate and lines.  The handset says "Leich" and the 5 Bar Magneto is Stromberg Carlson.

I'd appreciate the help.

It's a desk/wall variant of a Suttle Tablephone.
