This auction just completed... seems like a lot of cash for a partial candlestick in less than good condition:

Steve...agreed...I watched and I was very surprised at almost 1K for a very battered partial #10.

Seller had no clue, started the auction at $25. One VERY happy seller.....Doug

More than I would want to spend. I think it was a good deal for anyone who was in the market. I bet the buyer is happy.
That is pretty complete based on  how desk stands  were originally sold.
Back in the day, the  transmitter and receiver were separate additional items.
Overall, I don't think the buyer overpaid, I think they got a nice deal.

I think the buyer did pretty well. The rest of the parts are much easier to get than the stand and the stand looks complete and in good condition.
