Cute phone.
E N tel standard electric. I goggled it and found a photo of another phone.

Here is a link for another of the orange telephones for sale . It is 950 but I don't know the currency.

It is an Argentinian phone.  The insides are the same as the "Antwerp" phone.  It was most probably painted by Russel Johnson Imports.  Their paint jobs are quite poor.  I bought one once and ended up dissolving the black plastic shell when I tried to strip the paint.
