Interesting.  Was there ever a #3 dial?

Well, it appears to exist only in the card catalogs, where it is listed in all the same variations as the No. 2 dial.  But no one alive appears to know whether they were actually ever made.  I think the same can be said about the No. 4A dial.

The only difference of the No. 3 dial, compared to the No. 2 dial, is that it does not have any replacements listed.
