never ask me for batterys

my mom needed some AA batterys for her camera and she said dont your clock have batterys "No its electric" then it hit me I  do not own any thing that accepts modern batterys i dont own a touch tone phone(i want a 10 button set). Any one else have this problem?

I've got tons of stuff that I need batteries for.  From flashlights to radios to remotes, I need everything... A, AA, AAA, C, D, Lantern, etc.

Almost everything I use that has batteries will fail when I need it most. NOT MY PHONES THOUGH.
