Does anyone have any info on this company. What happened to them ect. ect. I know they were making a lot of the design line phones for western electric and other  telco's.  I am just curious, and haven't found much on the web about them. Am I just being ignorant and they were renamed something else?

Don't know,

I do have some stuff on the scan pile. For myself and a cc for Paul F.
When I get 5 or more forum  votes it moves to the top of the pile, for scanning within the next 2 weeks. I am on a learning curve anyway.

This isn't the info you asked for, but that you would probably like  to have. I am playing w/ scanning and these are in the test pile anyway. These are catalogs.
I convert my files w/ pdfill and share them with yousendit.com. They should end up on a  a telephone document site.

Here is a yousendlink for a comdial catalog from around the break-up. It has some Designline stuff.
I posted the link to the (experimental) telephone document drop group I started, with luck it should get archived.
