I do not need either at this time.  Here is a list of WE backboards circa 1910:



The square spot on the bottom of the writing shelf suggests that the shelf was originally on top of a battery box rather than free standing.  It does not look like Western Electric because of the depth of the scalloping.  WE phones have smaller cut-outs.
