Wanted: Parts for WE RotaryTelstar phone

Dear Forum:

I am looking for a rotary dial WE Telstar phone for parts,please.

I need mainly the upper housing with facemat for a rotary dial, and the brackets for mounting a WE #8 dial inside the Telstar set.

I have a rotary Telstar,  but it is missing the parts I noted here, and I would like to rebuild it.
