Doug - That's a real beauty!  Does this get a special place in your "keeper" room?

Paul......it is a keeper.  something will have to leave for another collection. I am more than happy, these usually go much higher...much nicer than the "Adolph" phone in my humble opinion.....Doug

Doug - I think this and your stock exchange phone are two of the most appealing phones I've seen...

thanks Paul...the Turrett phone is special for me as I work for a Private Bank and Turretts are still used by Traders on the NYSE, just a little more advanced. I especially like the dial card. Below is a link to the thread and a before and after pictures....Doug

I got it on Monday but didn't get to work on it until today. The original paint is in very nice shape. Nickel shows wear in place but still displays well. It was missing the screw that holds the cradle on, I tried to improvise, but I am looking for another. Cloth cord is fraying in places, but is fine for now.

This came out better than expected for not a lot of work....Doug

Nice! Looks Great!
I may have a screw for the cradle. I worked on a bunch of Eurpean phones a few years back for a customer and I have some spare parts somewhere. I know I had some cradle screws, I will look tomorrow.
