Anybody ever see triangular plastic feet on a 302 before?  And is it just me, or is the bottom oddly shaped, too?

Probably was refurbed at some point in it's life and that's when it won those feet.  In opening up old phones I've been finding more and more weird stuff that was mixed in over the years to extend the service life of the phone.

Yes, I've seen it several times. One of my 12 different 302s has those feet.

Those feet were used for a while, but I don't have any idea what years.  It was surely a very limited time, as they're not found nearly as often as the leather variety.

My 1960 500 has those same feet.
