What is a Beige AE80 Worth

I found this phone listed for about $40 with shipping.  How rare is this color?

To elaborate...

Sand Beige is almost as common as black. Not very valuable but I guess depending on how common AE sets are in your area it might have a bit more value than what I put on it!

Looks to be the older type with the funny shaped rubber feet so it MIGHT have the chrome plunger buttons as well. But the fingerwheel is not the oldest type used on early colored 80's (type with a chrome ring around the number card) but is the next generation with the number card that fits inside the wheel.

Thank you.  I am pretty ignorant about these.  I have a black and a green, but otherwise I have not collected them.  Someone else can have this one.
