Wanted - top for a KS19206 curved door booth

Hello all. I am looking for a top for my recently acquired curved glass door booth. If I can not find one does somebody have one they could share a photo of? Or even a bell system manual I can reference. I can recreate one if need be but I need to know what it looks like and the dimensions. Thanks for any and all assistance.
