Hi all,

I have been pretty quiet on this forum within the last few months, but I thought I would share my most recent restoration project. It is a 1958 (from best I could tell from transmitter/receiver markings) Stromberg Carlson 1573. It is a three line phone (or two lines with a intercom), but it does not have a ringer.

I had to clean all of the parts and buff the casings, and I believe they turned out really nice. Additionally, I had to replace some of the 'stripped' gears in the dial. Despite the dial working, I think that I will eventually send it out to Steve Hilsz.

P.S. I am still looking for a nice Stromberg Carlson 1575.

Nice phone, Ben.

Try the TCI List for the 1575. I overheard some conversations at Lancaster suggesting several of the switchers may have extras.

Thank you, both.

It was a bummer I could not make it to the Lancaster show this year, but I will try to check the list server. Let me see if I can remember how to use it, as I have since disabled the emails.
