I see dreamers like this on craigslist all the time.  Their items are constantly re-listed and never sell.  One would think they would wise up and do a little work to find a reasonable price.  I guess they are looking for a sucker to come along.

Not only is he way offf on the price, he can't even get the description right! He states it ia a "Mine Phone", I see nothing sealed on that other than the cover, I would not want to crank that magneto in an explosive atmosphere!

The first phone is a nautical phone, has the secure cradle to hold it in place.  As for it coming from a battleship, I'd need to see some documentation.
