Just picked up one myself. Great for the outside of the house while I'm working in the yard. Way cheaper than new-new touch-tone Allen Tel units that go for near US$500 on eBay. Not sure if it has any intrinsic collector value, other than being a neat and useful weatherproof dial phone, but thought some of you on this forum may be interested.

I just bought mine because I have a telephone addiction.

Nice. Are (were) these used as post mounted poles for the Police/Fire service in a different colour back in the day, they look familiar from US telly in the 60s/70s.

Here's a UK comtemporary (athough these weren''t used as emergency phones, just plain service, although a yellow version of these were used at level crossings "Rail-road X-ings" as your signs say over there, and motorway emergency phones).

I bought a nice black one a few months ago for a future project. I asked the seller what the screw pattern was & it was perfect for the phone I want to put in it. If you look at the lower right on the label, it says "an IT&T Associate". I was told that they only used this term for one year when IT&T was buying out Kellogg in 1951.
