Coin Hopper Questions

I have this coin hopper assembly. Its a little different. It doesn't have the peg in the back that the coin chute would sit on. It also doesn't have the little flap that holds the coin until the relay closes to drop it. But it does have the vane to direct it to the coin return or hopper.

It has two numbers on it.  15605261  and  PO-15E718. No date.

Does anyone know what this came from?  It looks almost like a 3 slot hopper, but has single slot mounting.
