Saw this today tucked into a corner of a stall at an antique store. They want $160 for it. They claim it was never used and it was a North Electric - it's what the little price sticker said. They have the key and original phone manual. The phone has a heavy Kellogg handset.

Seems to be a brushed aluminum front panel with a chromed coin return bucket. The wooden shoes on top are not included.

Anyone know what is it and what is it worth?

Yes, they were first manufactured by Zero Industries (Halliburton) and later North Electric. Their history is in the TCI Listserve and the practices for it are in the TCI Library.
