New forum members are very welcome and encouraged to take a guess. After all, there are no wrong guesses, just one lucky one. No one knows the winning bid on any auction until it ends. However, it is important to get your guess in before someone else grabs your guess.

Listed about 3 hours ago in a 7 day auction with no reserve starting at $25.00 is a very nice and completely original hardwired 1967 WE 10 button pink 1500 with matching line cord and connector. Even has the full "operator" on "0". Looks to be in good physical condition but as of now, no one has placed a bid on the phone (so the "will not sell" guess is still in play. The seller provided a good array of external photos. The last 1500 we saw in the Auction Contests was a field prototype in Contest #70. I did a quick search of past contests and found no other such phone so this is a first, maybe, for the auction contests. As such, it will be interesting to see what the guesses are and what it will sell for in 7 days, if it does sell. So, once again who best knows what this item will sell for when the auction ends?

NOTE:We will use a $3 gap rule between guesses to prevent crowding. As such, keep your guess at least $3 away from prior guesses for this contest.

The seller listed it as an "Bell Western Electric Telephone Pink Push Button Desk Phone 1967" with the item condition as "Used" and " - - - " and with the auction listing description saying simply "I can't test the phone with the connections it's not a plug that I have.. in great condition looks great found it in storage "

It's another chance to move up a rung or to get onto the CRPF -> Contest Standings <- list,

. . . for as twocvbloke said,   ---> "You gotta be in it to win it !!!" ;D "
