Anyone recognize This Unit?

In going through some of the items which came from Don last year, I came across this unit. It looks as though it may be a control unit for a PAX or PABX, but has similar to a BLF on top, and two standoffs to sit a handset on to the side...

From the label. it is made by AE/Leich.... I have not cleaned it up at all yet.

Ok, I found out what it is - an attendant console or turret for a Leich 40...
