Or for those of us who grew up in the 1970s, one of those Ronco products offered at drug stores every Christmas would do. The Ronco Bottle and Jar Cutter, Mr. Microhone, Buttoneer, Cookie Machine, Smokeless Ashtray, Auto Cup, Battery Tester, Rhinestone and Stud Setter, Ornamental Ice, Potato Chip Machine, Pottery Wheel, Glass Froster, Miracle Broom, Ice Cream Machine, Egg Scrambler, Flower Loom Kit or the Speed Tufting Kit. Not to forget the ever-popular Popeil Pocket Fisherman or the Kitchen Magician.

Or the one Dan likes--the Ronco Mr. Dentist! Available at Eckerd's, Roses, Woolworth-Woolco!

As annoying as they were at the time, I now miss those goofy commercials.

The phone came today. All matching soft plastic 7-1958 or 8-1958!!!! I guess I won my own contest by guessing 1958. Volume lever was  straight. The cord was 1960 (only thing not matching)   Congrats to all the  other players (Tom B, bingster) who guessed soft plastic ! The lifetime supply of turtle wax and rice-a-roni is on it's way.

I guess good deals are still out there on ebay, especially if the pictures aren't there.
