VoIP seirvices that do not support rotary dials

I have 1 line Comcast voice service at home with a 2 line Arris modem and pulse dialing does work on that but at my shop I have 1 line business voice service on a 4 line Arris modem and pulse is ignored. It could be firmware or it could be the modem or any number of things like a check box not selected in the optional services.

Don't be surprised if pulse goes away on your Arris at home in a pushed firmware update, they've been doing away with it across the board. My neighbor has a Technicolor TC8305C, that supported pulse until an update, and I had an arris TG862 for the brief period we had comcast voice and it never supported pulse.
