n500cg as subset.

Hi,
I have 2 n500cg I'm not using including one where the magneto is not working. Since the thing has a network I was thinking of using it as a subset for my newly acquired space saver.

Has anyone done something similar in the past and can anyone help me figure out the wiring?

This is designed for local battery meaning you would have to use a battery in order for the transmitter to work properly. The alternative would be to change out the induction coil to the 101A found in 302 sets, but there would still be a lot of rewiring to do. Also, the ringer would have to have a condenser (capacitor) in series and you might not want to leave the generator connected to the line.
