Centurylink-Qwest MP-412 MOH and Paging adapter

heres a question that I hope someone can answer... I found a Qwest MP-412 through Ebay and picked it up... does anyone here know anything about this unit as I'd like to be able to use it on my system, outside of its intended use.... are these units able to be triggered through a regular 1A2-1A1 system, or do they HAVE TO HAVE the required phoneset to make these units work. I'd like to know what the triggering circuit is on these, as I'd like to be able to use it....
