Small Spade Lugs

There's a lot of stuff in the forum on crimpers and the larger spade lugs.

Radio Shack sells a larger piercing lugs that works in some applications but are too large for use in handsets, on dials and on networks.

I've searched the internet many time but can't find a source.

Are the OldPhoneWorks "Small, Vinyl Piercing Spades" what I am looking for or are they the same size as the Radio Shack lugs?
