I'm just curious about these phones.  As I understand it they were mostly used in the military.  I'm just wondering if anyone in the forum has one and what they are like inside, how well they were built, etc..

Reminds me of a North Electric Galion, just a little ;)

Well, there is a North Electric Galion TP-6-A also, correct? I think I have one. Doesn't the TP-6-A designation refer to the tropicalization (yeh, not a real word).  So are the two phones related?  Sorry, I'm really not much up on my convoluted phone company history.  Thus my questions. :)
