I've been watching this auction, and for the life of me I can't figure out if this is the real deal, or a repro.  The insides look authentic, as well as the box.  The transmitter and receiver hook is throwing me a curve.  Can anyone comment on whether this one is authentic or not?  Item # 200889074675    The screws under the bells aren't right either.

I have absolutely no idea but I am going to once again call it as a top box from a two box phone converted to a complete phone in a singlebox by adding a transmitter (or maybe just a "looks like a complete phone in one box"). Strange tansmitter in any event!

The only repro part i see is the mouthpiece. Notice the hookswitch is designed to get around the Bell gravity design. This is earlier than 1900.The receiver appears to be hard rubber based on the color.Might have been a replacemrnt for a long pole one
