I have what you need Jason.
Do you need everything, or JUST the metal "Mercedes" holder?  Besides the special screw in the center of the metal holder, there is the clear celluloid, and the actual number card. You may or may not know, there was also a different, round AE card holder on these very same dials that is proper to use as well. It is the very same card holder that is used on an early AE dial blank. I have many of those as well.
