Cutting circular dial cards

I just found this and thought others might find it useful.  It's exactly 1 1/2" diameter and sure makes short and precise work out of cutting out circular dial cards.  They had two types, but I found this one easier to line up before cutting and I also liked the one hand operation.  I was passing time with my wife at Michael's when I found this, but I'm sure there are other sources.  About $15.  It sure beats scissors or X-acto knives.

Looks perfect as long as  1 1/2" diameter is what you want.

I have struggled to get the right circles with another Fiskars.
I feel pretty well with the "ek Tools" here it is steps of 1/16" and if want to make rings, you may cut the hole first, and then the outer circle without moving the cutter. This makes it possible to make insulation rings in plastic or paper, and dial centers for all different dials.

I had one of those a while ago and it broke.  They are a little fragile.
