I had this ringer in with 302 parts, but re-examining it, it doesn't appear to by WE.
It looks close but not exact. It's NOS so it didn't really come out of anything.

I have the same set in front of me right now, but I have the gongs off for cleaning it up.

Dan, it sure looks like a W.E. B1A ringer.  Is it marked on the front, between the gongs?  Most of the ringers in the 354's are 4 conductor ringers for use with the 101B Induction coil.  These two conductor ringers are found with the H1 marked mounts using the 101A Induction coil.

The gongs appear to have WE gong designations on them.

The gongs are marked 41-A, and 41-B. The coils are wrapped in clear cellophane with red stripes, dated 11-25-55. It is marked B1A, it just looks flimsy and cheap built.
