Strange B1 On eBay - not mine. SOLD

I spotted this strange B1 yesterday. I made an offer but before I got a response it was sold. Did anyone here get it?
Any idea what it is?

I saw that on Ebay. It looks to me
like a pencil holder attachment
for a candle stick phone that was
installed on this B1.

The seller did add a pocture from the back but it is so dark & our of focus I cannot discern anything!

Agreed. Usually seen non upright desk stands (candlesticks).

It would be interesting to see it off the phone to determine whether it was a version designed for B-mountings or whether it was "adjusted" to fit.

Here is one designed for an upright desk stand. Often found with the ads rubbed off or hard to read.
