Dial Bracket for Decotel Chestphone Needed, Please

Dear Forum:

I am looking for two (2) Decotel dial brackets for a tone dial Chestphone set, please. These are the brackets that can accept either AE, or WE, or SC, or similar type dials.

They have 4 holes along the bottom edge that allow for mounting the different dials on them by positioning the brackets on the dial faceplate with the appropriate dial mounted, then attaching the screws to hold it.

I believe they are for the early versions of the Chestphone.
