Growing up my number was 889-5944. Every number repeated but one. Easy to remember. And also very easy and fast to dial on a touchtone.

I purposefully choose phone numbers that take a while to long on a rotary phone, because it is fun to dial and I like ones with lots of 9s and 0s. (Google Voice lets you choose numbers, if you want an invite PM me) Anyways, I do like the phone layout more. It's more natural. You can always change the keymap on your computer and then pop out the keys and rearrange them to be like a phone. It's pretty simple unless you have a laptop. I think I'll have to do this for myself.
