wood phone booths

 Hi well I started by swearing That I was only going to get one old phone HA
now I have gotten a wood phone booth with a A/E 3 slot that has the worst transformation done to it I have ever seen.
I'm leading up to asking if any knows any thing that can help with the low voltage
door, fan & light switch its blown, should I just change over to a contactor controlled by a button release on the door. The booth is a very nice one that I just could not pass up, but I intend to sell, can somebody help?

Are you certain that the fan and light operate on low voltage?

There are a lot of different models of booths so a photo and telling us what markings are on it will help in identifying it.
