Hey Guys
Just added this rather nice Australian PO 404 to the collection. Its a mutant of sorts in that it has the 706 innards and performance in a 300 series body with a modified handset. It was to be the GPO 700 but was replaced by the 706 before release.

That's pretty cool that you found one of those prototype 700 phones, even if it was in the colonies, probably not as sought after as the actual GPO model 700, but still cool nonetheless, and we have to see the guts, of course...
