This little escapade will cause a delay in your receipt of the beige 1008.  Steve and I both hope this won't be too much of a problem.

No, Steve called me yesterday to tell me that he wanted to do it, so I can wait another week. I am just glad to see him happy with the Green one, and eventually I will find an affordable Autovon set to display the beige one with.....

All this talk about dial adjuncts has got me thinking about something that I have with a #4 dial.

That is a dial with a 6044 B3 mount for a switchboard.

That does look like it.  Since I live in the United States, it probably came from Western Electric, however.
