I have a couple newer 500's that I am trying to get working without any luck. One has a 4293 Network while the other has the 4228. The one with the 4293 I can get a dial tone but can't break it. Tried swapping out dials in case that was the issue and same thing. The one with the 4228 network just doesn't want to work at all the way it's hooked up. Does anyone have a schematic for either of these networks and the 500's?

The one with 4228 network should be wired the same as with 425B, 425E etc.
The one with 4293 is wired with the red line cord wire and the yellow hookswitch wire both on A (instead of L2). If there is a 2-wire ringer (C4C), then the black ringer wire connects to L1 and the red to K. This is shown in Figure 3 of BSP Section 502-521-402 issue 5 (7/83) in the TCI library.
